-Start Notification Helper
kubuntu-notification-helper is set to turn on automatically on boot.
To test modifications to k-n-h:
-Install as normal
-Run kbuildsycoca4
-killall kded4; sleep 2; kded4
-kcmshell4 kcmkded
-Start Notification Helper
If you change the notifyrc, you will also want to kill/restart knotify4
