0001 This is the translation domain for Pology user interface strings. 0002 PO files should be named LANGCODE.po (e.g. de.po, fr.po). 0003 When a new PO file is introduced, its language code must be added 0004 to LINGUAS file in this directory or else it will not get installed. 0005 0006 Running the update-po.sh without arguments will do the following: 0007 0008 - extract the catalog template 0009 - merge all translations 0010 - compile translations 0011 0012 Each of this phases can be run separately by giving as argument one of: 0013 extract, merge, compile. When merge or compile phase are run, 0014 the second argument can be the particular language code on which to operate 0015 (by default all PO files are processed, irrespective of LINGUAS file). 0016 0017 Compiled catalogs are put into ../../mo, using proper locale hierarchy 0018 such that they get picked up automatically by Pology scripts 0019 when run directly from the repository (without installing). 0020 Compiled catalogs and ../../mo subdirectory are ignored by version control. 0021 0022 Run periodically to bring updated translations into action, possibly in the 0023 compile-only mode if you do not want to touch template and translations.
