What is Polkit-qt?
Polkit-qt is a library that lets developers use the PolicyKit API through a nice Qt-styled API. It is mainly a wrapper around QAction and QAbstractButton that lets you integrate those two component easily with PolicyKit
This directory contains the sources of the library.
Structure

Twine is a tool for generating SIP based Python bindings from C++ header files. It is primarily used for creating and updating the Python bindings in KDE. See kdebindings. Twine is used as part of the maintenance and update process and isn't needed during build or run time of the bindings themselves.
